I had the great pleasure of sitting next to a delightful lady at a Lenten soup supper at a church called St. Ann's in Needles California. There were several people at the table, and we shared pleasantries as we enjoyed the meal. Margarita mentioned she wished someone would listen to her memories of the past. Listening! Wow! Sadly I encounter so many people who are now my peers as I grow older, who would love to share the many stories from the past, but nobody really wants to hear Margarita or this old man. Our lives are filled with what we are doing, and it seems that we just don't have time. I have arrived at a point in my life where
if I don't have time now, when will I ever have time to listen? -- Enough
